FIFA World Cup 2026 Edition
This document outlines the legal framework and participation rules for the Esonix M FIFA World Cup Prediction Game organized by Incepta Pharmaceuticals Ltd.
Eligibility Criteria
The game is open only to registered doctors and interns as per the eligibility criteria defined by the organizer. Participation is restricted to qualified medical professionals.
Winner Selection & Raffle Draw
Daily winners will be selected from the top 40 scorers of the day. In the event that multiple participants achieve the same score, the final winner will be determined through a transparent raffle draw process conducted by the organizer.
Submission Deadlines
Predictions must be submitted within the specified deadline (strictly before the match starts). Late submissions will not be recorded or considered for scoring.
Account Integrity & Registration
Each participant is allowed a single registered account. The use of multiple entries, duplicate accounts, or proxy registrations will lead to immediate disqualification.
Fair Play & System Manipulation
Any attempt at system manipulation, unfair practice, or fraudulent activity will result in immediate removal from the game. The organizer employs monitoring systems to ensure a fair competitive environment.
Identity Verification
The organizer reserves the right to verify participant identity and prediction validity at any stage. Participants may be required to provide proof of their medical registration.
Reward Policy
Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative benefit. Distribution of rewards is subject to the completion of the verification process.
Rights, Authority & Amendments
All rights, including rules, structure, data, and execution, are reserved by Incepta Pharmaceuticals Ltd. The company also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the game at any time without prior notice and shall have the final authority in all disputes or decisions regarding participation and results.
